I started my real estate journey 15 years ago with the purchase of my first home. Since then, I’ve bought and sold personal homes, investment properties, and became a Realtor®. My goal is to leverage my experience to ensure your real estate goals are met seamlessly.

Why work with me? Real estate is fun, and doesn’t have to be difficult. How? I understand the industry, know how to negotiate the best deals, use the best technology and tools available, and have made mistakes.

Wait, you’ve made mistakes, why should I work with you? Because if you’ve done a lot of real estate deals, mistakes come with the territory. I now know how to avoid them and provide a better experience for my customers.

Ok, what have you done? I bought my first home with an FHA loan, and know how that process works. The experience I gained from the first purchase removed the mystery of real estate, and gave me the confidence to do more. Each home my family purchased was better than the last – not because I made more money, but because I learned how to buy homes that could be improved, lived in them, and then sold for a profit. I bought my first investment property and did most of the renovation myself. I then bought a duplex using the BRRRR strategy and rolled those profits into additional investment properties. I read books to learn how to manage properties and self-managed my investments. I later obtained my real estate license for the first time in Ohio to gain all of the knowledge of a real estate agent. I then relocated to sunny Florida, and obtained my license here to help others.
